In the world of customer service, customers are always right.
No matter what.
and by using the "i dont know" method described in the previous post,
it does makes us customer seem a little retarded though we always get away with the "i dont know method"
eg.
you just bought a cheese burger and you walked out of the shop.
You are stopped for not paying.
just say "I DONT KNOW THIS IS NOT FREE!"
and you can get away with a free cheese burger.
when you litter and get caught and fine.
just say "I DONT KNOW I WILL BE FINED 200 DOLLARS!"
No worries, you will be spared because you did not know.
however it does make us seem so ignorant and dumb.
so here is a new method, its called the " I KNOW BUT I DUN CARE!" method.
Feel free to try it out.. HAHAHA!
Not only makes you sound more intelligent than the "i dont know" method. But it can also get you some free cheese cake. ESPECIALLY IF YOU USE IT ON MY CAKE SHOP!!
