customers are so important, thats why customer retention is such a major issue in every company.
what about employees?
The people who worked their ass out to service these customer?
why is there no employee retention?
especially temps like us.
we are like disposable waste.

i dont really care about monetary incentive, i never cared about money.. haha!
all i need is appreciation.
if you dont appreciate, its ok, but at least don't "un-appreciate" ppl like us.

haha for 2 dollars more, your job is more shitty than mine. at least my managers are nice people. lol!
what to do? forever got people attracted to this "high paying" job. for every temp that leave the place, there are ten others waiting to take over the spot..lol
lol yeah so actually they gain 9 when 1 leaves. haha i rather be the one selling cheese or flour. sometimes some people don't realise that it's the cheese that's rotten, they just find the baker. lol
