OH MY GOD!

I m seriously out of shape.
Just went downstairs and do my 2.4 without timing.
And now i m like dying.
Felt like jelly and abit blur blur de.. haha.

Running 2.4 is ok.
But it is what happen after running that scares me.
because i haven exercise properly for like 3-4 months..
i was panting like siao after the run.
practically have to stick my tongue out and pant like a dog.. pant pant..

This is my pre-NS warm up..lol.
i dowan to go there then realise i can do a pull up, a push up, run or wad ever.
ok la.. my push up, pull up, squads blah blah still ok.. its my stamina that deproved =/

Lets touch a little about relationship.
Some people prefer the 'short-cut' others like me prefer the long way.
ok short cut doesnt mean bad its just personal preference.
Long way means.. start from strangers (duh) then become friends.. better friend.. even better friends.. and finally develop some special feelings then blah blah..
short cut means 2 people starts off as strangers (duh) then when they get to know each other they will have this mindset 'alright he/she may be the one' so they cont knowing for sometime and then *ting!* jackport!

yea.. so the diff btw long/short is long starts off as being friends and no other intentions and short starts off as being friends but having intentions already. Intentions doesnt mean bad intentions ah.

so personally i prefer the long way.
but i guess in the modern fast paced world people are begining to take short ways.

but seriously.. long way sucks sometimes.
not that it takes a super long time.. its just after being such good friends.. i may just not wanna take it any futher cuz it may spoil friendship. Friendship is such an impt thing.. much more impt that love.
