Merry Christmas!

Alright..
The function on Christmas eve was the best i have ever served in.
It was almost perfect.
I was not slow..
the guest are poilte.
They even joked with me.
Where can u find such good guest?
haha.. onli on my table!

Well.. almost perfect except for the last dish.
Baked Alaska.
Its a cake la..
we suppose to light up brandy and pour the lighted brandy onto the cake.. and let it.. 'cook' for 10 sec.. and it will go off la.

First time serving it.. quite fun.. haha.
The first table was cool.. the brandy caught fire right away.. and everything was nice.

Then the second table.. KNN.. the brandy just wun catch fire la.
Wth.. i tried.. 3 times.. failed.
Team leader jasper tried. Failed.
Dom tried. Failed.
KNN.. then kena scolded by jasper.. shit him la.. he also cannot light the shit wad.

The reason is because the brandy cooled down in air con la.. so cannot catch fire.
My fault ah?
The stupid brandy ownself cool down de..lol!

But nvm.. its still nice :D
Then after that went out to walk with JH DOM and XS.. took dumb pictures.. haha.
