wa... today went to wash car!!

Meet jelly and pager at sk mrt at around 7 am then we make our way to clementi. At dover.. Jm called and ask us to meet him at jurong east, which is one stop after clementi.. so jel and I by pass clementi.. which pager went down to look for food.

I saw some one in red shirt.. tot is jm.. so waved.. turn out to be a stranger..lol.. and behind him got another red shirt guy.. and this guy then is JM la.. wll..

So we sat there and wait for Marshie. she very pro leh.. got out of the train then faster switch train and take to clementi liao.. din tell us leh.. and we waiting for her at the station..lol..

so we decided to wait for SP and TYS.. they so late la.. in the end all the 5 of us late..haha

went there then they split us into 2 grps. One group to sell tickets and the other wash the cras, later then switch over. selling ticket is so boring.

only managed to sell one. so sian till we all gave up and started washing. Then flag down any car that come into the car park ask them wanna wash or not. The washing part is fun but tiring. We even washed police car leh..not bad.

end at close to 3.. so tired liao.. faster get home to sleep. Tiring but fun. our class outing..lol.

shucks.. haven do EOM and GP Summary. So sian.. just now spend the whole evening practicing piano.. ahh.. must faster finish learning nocturne in E flat major. wa.. so nice leh..

I m glad that i know how to play the piano. Every time when i feel sad, i will have my piano and music to accompany me through the depressing time. Glad that there is a piano in the hall.. haha.. or else i will go crazy.

when i play the piano.. all the sadness gets washed away. My mind is blank.. my head is only filled with the melody of the music and nothing else. I m free from all troubles.. i just feel as if i m floating. Probably like taking drugs?? Great feeling.

Ok, Dom have got himself a girlfriend.. congartz..lol. I wonder how she look like..haha. I kinda miss the days that we had together. Still rmb the 4 of us.. JH, Dom, Pris and I went to chalet. Had lots of fun there.. haha.. i cant believe how much i enjoy myself la.. and that was only my second meeting with Dom.. and we kinda get along well.

Ok, i know that u r depress, so am i. I guess we are 2 fools who are so caught up in all these stuff.
I understand that to forget someone is not easy. In fact it is extremely difficult. I m not encouraging u to give up la.. cos i always believe in persevering. But u look at him ah.. his attitude that day.. it was horrible la. How can he treat people that way? even if those are strangers to him he also cannot like that wad.. so now u see a more negative side of him la, and this is probably what he is like when u get to know him even better.

So wad i suggest is go talk to him and find out what is his PORBEM. If he still like that ah.. then u know wad to do la.

I m here to update.

Yesterday, the National Day celebration.. was okok la.. haha..

The class outing was the main highlight of the day.

So fun!

16 of us went to Ice skating at Jurong East. It was a long train ride la.. but wasnt that boring la.. got ppl to talk to.

There were so many of us that ice skate for the first time yesterday. Got JM, Pager, Su Nguan, hockie blah blah.. still got dunno who la.. ya.. still got me la.. i noob..hehe.

Cherk and Jelly are the more pro ones..

Hockie is the super noob one.. he fell more than 10 times la.. because he so noob and he keep going so fast. And because he keeps looking at girls so cannot concentrate.

We played murderer and catching on ice. I think i m a good murder and detective..haha..

went off at around 5 pm and made our way to Xiao Gui Lin.

The scenry was beautiful and we sat by the pond side to talk. The feeling was great. Away from all the concrete buildings and from work.

Had lots of fun playing lame games, talking crap and singing there. went off at about 8 plus and then we all went separate ways.

i took the same bus as No.10 and jelly. so.. we talked all the way back to Seng Kang.

It was a great day.. i m looking forward to the next class outing. I think a class camp in december will be great :D

Such a busy week. Homeworks are piling up, and Pw just became more pressing.
We were suppose to hand in the working resource file today, but apparently, mr lim did not know of it and my group forget completely about the file thing.

So we ended up in the Free Access Room after school to print out all the EOM articles to file in the working resource file.

Still have physic tutorial to hand in tml.. and i m still deciding if to go to Pulau Tekong, BMTC on wednesday. If i go to the BMTC, i will be missing bolwing. But at the same time, i m curious of wads inside and also Jelly very lonely and asked me to accompany her there.

ExAMs over liao.. and bowling training finally started. Today, we got a new coach.. yeah! but he only teaching us for 2 lessons onli.. sad. he is a great coach.. we can communicate well with him and his explanations were clear. He is just great la.. very dedicated to coaching ppl bowl.. even after the lesson he still stay back for 1 hr plus to talk to us and offer extra coaching. Where can u find such a good coach la.. very nice. If he can take us till next year.. no doubt that we can do well for comps.

tml is a holiday.. so no school. So nice.. but wad am i gonna do at home la..

23rd june

went out with Jh, pris and Dom today. Met at AMK mrt station, then we set off to the amk Kbox. wa piang eh.. i also dunno how to sing.. and dom also dunno how to sing.. the 2 of them still drag us there. Anyway.. after that i also found out that the 2 girls also dunno how to sing la.. so we all same same.

Wa.. the chicken rice there so nice leh.. not bad not bad. 3 hrs of singing is a killer la.. sing till no breath liao leh.. and DOm.. he last night only slp 3 hrs.. so he basically went there to sleep la.. but cannot sleep leh.. cos the freaking air con is so cold la.. really cold la..lol..

i took some pictures and a couple of video. The first video was super dumb la.. pris was super dumb.


Then.. sing sing.. till we collaspe.

Later on went for bowling. JH says theres a bowling alley just down staris.. so we took the lift to the second floor. Guess wad.. we cant even exit the lift la.. theres a metal shutter outside.. the alley "close door" liao la..lol.. she so outdated leh:P

Then went to grassroots.. its full till 6 pm.. so we went to yishun safra.. its full till 4 pm.. so we went to orchid bowl.. its superfull.. so the girls surrender and went home. Dom and I still went back to safra to wait for a place..lol..

Learnt alot of bowling stuff from DOM.. he VJ bowling one leh.. and my coach suck la.. the bowling coach.

and Jh i m going to upload the pictures in msn space.. so its there for viewing.

Wl.. later is midyear GP exam ah.. sian leh.. wad to study... surely got some things on media and some on discrimination. Eh.. GP hard to study leh.. cos u dunno wad will come out de.. so u got to study everything under the sun. Correct?

It was a crazy day! Went to Grassroot club at 10 30 this morning to practice bowling, so that we will not get rusty. Then after playing so many games.. i played 10.. played till 2 plus, then went to Northpoint there the Long John to have lunch. Then pris and pei rong wanted to go yishun safra to take a look at bowling balls.. so i went. Then pris and I.. our hands itching.. so we went to try out at safra bowling alley.

Wl.. the lane is so damn good la.. and the system is up to date. The lane looks so sleek and classy.. well maintained.. and i think it is not wooden lane la.. unlike grassroot.. the lane is so old and its wooden lane. The only wooden lane bowling alley left in singapore.

The lanes at safra is so smooth.. like so hard to hook.. but its very nice :D

Average at 130 today.. lousy.. still a long way from my ultimate goal of 180..lol.. we played like crazy today la.. super siao.. bowl at everywhere. next week still planning to go safra or grassroot to bowl..hehe.. dun need study liao.

went to hougang superbowl today.. all by myself played 10 games.. alone. Crazy huh? Actually, i enjoy it leh. I perefer playing alone with noone to disturb or distract. Like that can concentrate more on the game. I am still testing out the new ball. The thumb hole is giving me lots of problem.. there are afew time where i cannot release properly cos the thumb is stuck in the hole. Now my fingers are aching. My thumb, the middle and ring fingers. The thumb shdnt be aching la.. must be that stupid thumb hole.. gotta enlarge it.

My scores today aint that great.. but i gotta say, its better than yesterday's 70 pts when i first use the new ball. I got a nice 161 today.. hehe.. thats my last game.. not too bad. 4 strike, 3 spares. Gotta work on my spares.. cos it sucks.

i m probably going back to superbowl on monday morning.. practice makes perfect. Finally, i can hook the ball. Now i realise that its the type of grip that is impt for hooking. Conventional grips.. those found in house balls, are hard for hooking. Cos, u have to put ur middle and ring finger all the way in till the second segment of ur finger.. this causes difficulty in releasing ur thumb first.

In fingertip grips, thumbs are easily released.. leaving the 2 other fingers in the ball and this can help to impart rotations to the ball.

now my thumb is swollen.. and its like so inflexible now. How to play piano?..lol..

Hurray! got my bowling ball liao..hehe.. went to buy it today.. cost only 168 dollars. because it is just a polyester ball.. Its green and a little blue. So nice :D:D:D

But the thumb hole like a little too small for me.. gotta ask that guy to drill bigger the next time i go back to grassroot. My right thumb so big leh.. like swollen. Maybe it is swollen.. hm.. all because of bowling la.. but nvm.. i love bowling..haha.

wa piang.. they are going to choose the competition team.. next term!! only 5 out of the 8 guys can get in. Ok.. lets analyse.. 2 out of the 8 always din come.. so i doubt they will be able to make it. So, left with 6. Fighting for 5 spaces.

Out of the 5.. there is 1 reserve and 4 non reserves. so actually, only 4 will be bowling in the comp. The reserve just sit there stone.. and pray?? Pray for one to be injure then he can subsitute that guy..lol..

This is stiff competition. The treasurer, SH is good at bowling.. not doubt he will be in.. hm.. wad abt the President.. hhm.. not too good according to pris and JR. I think JR can make it. So thats left with 3 places. JL..hm.. very committed to bowling.. but his style abit wierd.. his rythm not correct.. did not slide.. and no follow through. Scores are not that impressive either.. but is really committed.

Then..ZW.. hm.. like a bit off recently leh.. and dun see that he got much passion for bowling.

well.. as for me.. haha... that is for others to decide how good i m. I suck today la.. 105 average.. like shit. off form. After buying the ball.. i was testing it out.. so not use to it la.. my score fall to a super low of 70. still cant harness the power of the ball..haiz..

Hm.. the girls are going to have 2 teams.. i feel pris have chance to get in.. if she is more consistent.. and more motivated even if the scores are not as good.

Wow, i m so excited. Tml have bowling training..lol.. After the training the few of us plan to go take a look at bowling balls. Hm.. pris finally broke her 100 point target! haha.. i think she need to thank me leh =P. She always stands so towards the left of the lane la.. like 20-25th board, and she some more is a right hander and always throw such that he ball roll over the 10th board.. then will hook, but because it is a house ball, and she din hook properly, the ball cannot hook into board 17th at the 1-3 pocket.. so cannot strike la.

So, i suggested a change. To stand left leg at the 15th board and aim for arrow 2.. with this she broke her record. Hm.. maybe is not the change i made that help her.. maybe she that day just so lucky..lol..

i had a few good shots at the last training. My first 4 frames was.. X 5/ X X.. wa piang eh.. so nice sia.. then the coach went to put one shoe on the lane la.. on arrow 3.. asking us to bowl on arrow 2.. the shoe so distracting la..lol..

kena scolded by him so many times la.. always forget to follow through..haiz..

Today, school starts at 7 45 and end at 5 15..lol.. hell ah! 8 hours plus of lessons and only give us one 1 hr break. This is worst than normal school day. normal school day have a recess and lunch.. this ah.. no recess.. and we all so hungry in the audi la.. so freaking cold and so freaking hungry.

Then we rush to NYP mac to get lunch and rush back.. ate during physic tutorial..lol..

During lunch time.. went to play bball.. then after than is chem.. wa lao.. 3+ hours of chem.. can die leh..

I have nothing better to do.. so just went around surfing the web for some A Divison Bowling results. In the recent National School 10 pin bowling comp @ yishun SAFRA.. a guy from SAJC got the best average score of 203.1 pts!!

I was like 'wow!' 203.1 is like crazy?!

AJ bowling is aming to participate in next's years competition. And our mission is not to get the last place. Lol.. ok.. thats dumb i dare to bet if we send any of the guys there.. we will not get last.. i bet!

Cos, after looking at the last place's (position 149) score.. i feel like laughing my head off. An average of 92.2?!

Ok, i m not that great.. or shd i say i m not great at all. But isnt 92.2 a little too poor? Not that i look down on that person, but i just feel its really not up to the standard. Maybe he have a headache that day.. or he is too nervous.

Hey.. i always tot that all cpmpetitors average more than 180.. looks like i m kinda wrong. Now.. i feel better about my own average..lol.. but it still suck. With my 120+ i probably can get a 135 place out of 149. Not bad for a beginner la.. hor?

Saw Domi's score.. he average at around 140. Not too bad, better than me.. man.. he is going to own me once again when we go out for bowling.. some time during the holz.

Still have to go back to school tml for Econs from 12 45 to 3 45.. sian leh.. Econs H1 student always so rush one.. too little time.. too many stuff to learn.

Talk about learning.. i still all the way slacking at home. Die ah!!

Guitar concert
I found it boring. Feel that the ppl there were not well prepared, always play the wrong key. Luckily the ticket is only at 5 dollars, or else i will cry. The best part of the concert is the shouting part. we all will shout things like "Dania, Hock Kiat loves you" and "Jelphine, Raeger loves you!" of course, its fake la.. just purely to entertain ourselves.

AJC Band Concert
This concert is much more better. Its at victoria concert theater, but only got 3 ppl from 08 went. Thats, me, hock kiat and jia hui..lol.. 3 guys dating each other.. very gay. Anyway, i went there just to watch our chem tutor play the piano.. but the volume so soft.. hardly can hear wad he play. The loud music coming from the band itself drowned out the piano.

Bowling
Still as fun as ever.. i performed at an average of 120+ today.. ok.. lousy. The last game was my best.. 165 pinfalls.. hehe.. not bad. If i can mantain 165.. i would have been the best in the bowling team.. for now. The teacher incharge says that they are going to choose the competition team soon. Hope that i get in.. or else in recreational team so boring one. I need more practice.. and i need my own ball.

Serious Work
I bet all my classmates will be studying like crazy for the mid year, trying to get a H3 paper.. blah blah.. i m so ashame to say that i haven start studying yet. Ya, no motivation and the comp is just too tempting. i will die if i din do well this time.. so its time to start studying.. maybe i will start tml? lol..

went to watch the bball finals, it was a great match. Sadly, we lost 44-36 to HCI. Too bad.. but they put up a great fight.

i m going to purchase my own bowling ball.. soon.. it cost like 260 dollars. ya.. a ball cost 260 bucks. Made of gold huh??

The mid year common test time table is out.. the test took up the entire first week of july. The last test is on friday, and it ends at 10 30 am!!! yay.. so early.. after that can go play liao..hehe..

i feel quite fortunate that i m living in singapore. Look at other countries.. say.. indonesia. There is this stupid volcano at the verge of eruption. Mount Merapi. Then there is this 5.9 magnitude earthquake which shook Indonesia's Aceh. Some weather storm in phillipines.. a recent political unrest in thailand.. racism in australia, starvation in the continent of africa.

I m so fortunate.

Today only play one round in the chess comp. Against the strongest opponent leh. And of course, i lost. So i m second over all la.. and he is first. And so.. i get $40 cash prize.. but dunno when will get the money.

Hm.. what shd i do with the money?

Went for bowling.. hardly know anyone in bowling.

So.. we got a malay coach. And we started with all the basics la.. i think we progress too fast leh. From some foul line drill to 2 step in 2 hours. Thats too fast la.. shd drill us more on our basics.. so that we will have a firm foundation. I guess after 2 steps is 3 steps then become 4 steps. Some ppl may wanna proceed to 5 steps. But 4 steps is enuff for me. I think by the end of this month we shd have finished with 4 steps.

Well.. now i finally can learn the standard way of bowling. Its quite difficult. Always lose my balance one leh.. dunno why also.

And my timing sucks la.. and i still dunno how to hook a ball properly.

But $5 for 2 hrs of training is worth it leh. not bad.. the school subsidise like 7 to 8 dollars per person, per session.

Cant wait for the next training la.. lol.. i have nv been so excited about my cca.. this is the first time..lol..

Guess wad?

I quit harmonica and join bowling. This will be the 7th cca that i go to. Pro right?

Went to the Dance concert yesterday. It was nice, but too bad, i dun really know how to appreciate these type of concert. Dun really get wad the performers are trying to convey to the audience.

The scenery around clark quay is so beautiful. Hm.. especially the river side.. waa.. so nice.
















This was taken on the bridge, behind us is Fullerton Hotel. Looks very grand and classy.

After the concert we went into Fullerton Hotel to look around. Like some "sua ku" like tat.. "waa" this "waa" that. But the ambience inside the lobby is really great. With soothing music and lightings, it makes u wanna live there forever..lol..

Even the toilet is nice.

The inter PDG chess competition was held just now in the afternoon. Well.. there are suppose to be 12 ppl participating in the internation chess comp. But end up only 6-7 went. So i was one of the 6-7. there are like 4 members from chess club and 1 previously in chess club.. but now skip to harmo. They say that he is the pro la.. won all the j2s and stuff like that.

B4 i went in ah.. so freaking nervous leh. My heart was pumping like crazy.. hands were icy cold. Then went there early, and they announce the first match la. My opponent din come..lol..

I was so relieved. So so so so.. relieved. Cos this is counted as a walk over and i get 1 point without even moving a chess piece.

Another guy, JX, his opponenet also failed to turn up. So.. we played a friendly la.. he is good leh.. chess club one.. and i lost to him in the friendly match.

Next.. round 2, i played against a non-chess club player.. and i won not by time.. but by checkmating him la.

Phew.. what a relieve.. i tot i was going to lose leh.

Then thrid round i played against JX, the guy who won me just now. I was like.. oh no.. die liao.

But the moves he made was the same as just now la.. so i sort of know how to counter. Anyway.. i won cos he no more time left.

Then the 4th around also against a chess club player. He is also quite good la.. but i also win by time. He tink too long liao..

so in summary, i got 4 out of 4 today la.. left with like 2-3 matches for next week. Going against all chess club players next week. One of them is the super pro one who won the j2s la.. wl.. but nvm.. i will fite till the end.

i must say that i m quite lucky to win my opponents la.

Not bad not bad.. the ppl in chess club keep asking me why dun wanna join chess club..lol..

I still considering about bowling leh.. harmo.. is also nice.. howw??

Tml is the chess competition. Hm.. so nervous now. ya.. its like 15 hours away and i m nervous already.

Pls pls pls... let me do well tml. I haven been spending my past 8 days infront of the comp warming up my brains for this comp.

Got 10 ppl in the int chess comp.. from wad i know.. up till now, only 2 are non chess club members. Thats me and another person la. So got 8 from chess club. That means i m dead la.

I have played with some of them b4 and they are quite good leh. One of them even won the captain la. Better not let me pit against him ah.. or else i can leave the room and go to harmonica liao.

Talking about ccas.. AJC started this bowling cca la. So being very interested in bowling, i signed up. The meeting is tml at 3 pm.. harmo is tml at 2 15 and Chess is tml at 2 30. WOW!!

Now wad.. failure to turn up at bowling means that u r not interested in the cca and will not be considered. Thats according to the teacher in charge la.

I must go for chess.. if not all my efforts will be wasted. As for bowling.. even if i manage to get in.. i may still quit.

Cos.. harmo got more ppl and more friends la. Bowling so lonely. BUT.. bowling is my fav sport leh.. and i m abit tired of blowing a harmo. HOW HOW HOW???

Cannot decide between the 2 ccas leh. Even if they dun clash(which is very unlikely).. i still have to choose one la.. if not i die ah.

Bowling very ex leh.. need all the equipments.. and the money for the lane.. but its super fun la... harmo is inexpensive.. have lots of friends.. but not as fun leh.

I have signed up for this Intra school chess club competition. INTRA school ah.. not INTER school. Now i begin to wonder why i sign up in the first place..lol.. gonna miss cca for 2 weeks just because of this competition..ahh.. now i practicing chess..lol.. still have 6 more days to train.
The price no bad leh.. $60 for first, $40 for second and $20 for thrid.

Family Day is on saturday.. its open to public. Our class doing the street scoccer comp.. up till now.. only got 2 class sign up..lol.. thats real bad.

Tml is the Harmonica concert.. hm.. gotta stay till like 9 plus.. omg! Might as well camp in school to set up the street scoccer stuff for the next day.

Hm.. i think my class is quite united. Hm.. today got the finals for the 4 x 100m relay.. more than 1/2 stayed back to cheer for them. some classes din even have one supporter.

Eh.. but they din win anything.. this was wad happen..

Jason was the first runner.. we saw him taking off.. pass the baton to cher kian.. then cher kian sprint like crazy la.. damn fast.. he caught up with a couple of ppl.. then i cannot see anything liao.. all so messy.. so many ppl on the track la.. i mean the competitor.. lost sight of the runner for our class. but we kept cheering liao siao.. then.. the first came in.. second.. thrid.. till the seventh came in liao.. but dun have our class leh.

Eh.. is the J2 finals???

So we were like.. WHAT??? we cheer so hard.. then.. like.. our class not on the track ah??

So we went over la.. and found out that they dropped the batton..lol.. so disqualified la.. but nvm.. they did a good job!!

Yes, i m 17 yrs old already.. but dun really feel any difference.

JH was the first to give me the pressie.. she gave it to me on 15 april.. a box of puzzle and T shirt. I will take like 10 yrs to complete the puzzle.. cos i m slow in doing puzzles... all the pieces looks the same.. lol..

Today.. had a pleasant suprise in school. My class the ppl help me celebrate bdae.. so nice of them. They even got a cake!! Eh.. not bad leh.. quite nice to eat. Oh boy.. so touching. And stacy gave me her home made brownie =D.. eh.. very nice leh.. u all ought to try. And they brownie also very cute!!

Today is the heats/finals for some sports events. Saturday leh.. must wake up so early to get to school to throw a long sharp stick and a flat pan cake.

Anyway.. nv really know the real way of throwing the stick and the pan cake.. so just see how ppl throw then copy..lol..

guess wad.. i m so proud of myself.. got Gold for Discus JC1 boys.

hehe.. did ur jaws drop? cannot believe right?? The blur and weak looking edwin can get gold for dicsus... omg!!

Anyway.. i was really lucky i guess.

This was wad happen...

Raeger and I went to javelin first. I was pretty interested in javelin la.. like very fun to throw a stick and get it to stick into the ground. I tot i can qualify for the finals leh.. but so disappointing.

The trial throw.. lol.. i hit so far leh.. when i any how throw.. then the first attempt.. the stupid javelin hit my head la.. while i throw.. and.. din pass the mark. Eh.. very pain leh.. got one big.. "Pongggg" sound.. how all of the people know that my head is hollow.. shucks.

Then the second try.. the angle too steep la.. its quite far.. approaching 20m but din get it into the ground. raeger got into the finals.. i was so disappointed with myself la.. so i got up and went to get my bag.

Then called dixon ask if he wana play bball.. but he playing squash.. the called hock kiat.. he din pick the phone. So sad.. everyone dunno go where.. so i decided to go home lor.. so asked raeger to help me tell the discus people that i m not going la.. and disqualify me. I was so down that time leh..

But.. then later after walking around the school.. i decided to go see how raeger is doing in the finals.. but they haven start yet..

The JC1 discus boys just 10m on the right has just started.. so since i m already there might as well go play play.. so the 2 of us went there la..

My trial throw was like.. crazy la.. way off almost hit the officals on their head ..lol.. dangerous.

Then my first attempt.. 18.6m..

everyone was like "waa..." anyway.. i m the first person to go la.. so i dunno wad dist is good or wad is bad.. so just like that throw la..

and i TOT that its only a heats ma.. just pass can liao.. but after the first throw then they tell me its the finals.. cos only got like 12-15 ppl there.. so dun need a heats.

wow.. after that i even more nervous la.. hoping that ppl dun break my 18.6m.. anyway.. noone broke it. raeger came second with 17m.

He din manage to get a medal for the javelin.. la.. so we settled with a gold and a silver.

Happy leh.. it my first medal in my entire life..lol.. in p sch and sec sch nv participate in any sports day b4.. cos i cant run or throw..

A good friend called me on my hp yesterday night.. it has been like 5 months since we have a nice chat. Anyway.. she is in the top 5 jcs la.. and told me that life is very stress in that place.

she says the people in her class are hypocrites. well.. they dun let people study during breaks or free time. As in "force" ppl not to study. During break my fwen, Z, will sit down study la.. then they will sort of come around and say smt like" eh.. u mugger ah.. mugger..mugger..mugger..."

I mean.. if u r Z.. u wun feel good abt it right.. then the rest of the ppl go else where play bridge and u out casted. So.. Z din study la.. and went to join them la.. cos being outcasted for thr next 2 yrs of ur life = very cham.

Anyway... she live very far away from that JC.. so travelling takes up alot of time so at home got little time to study. All these classmates will ask everyone not to study at home also.. if not they will go "mugger.."

but they themselves study like siao at home la.. as in mug like crazy..

The whole thing is to get rid of competition la.. ask ppl not to study then u can get ahead of them. what an underhand method.. it totally disgusted me when i heard it. Its like.. pukes.

And the ppl there dun really wanna share their knowledge with others one leh..like crazy.. why shd i share with u.. u r my competitor lehh!!

So basically thats what happened in that place la.

Man.. i m totally shocked. If i got better results.. i may have choosen this school. went to the open hse and found it like a paradise.. but.. thats on the surface only.. deep inside.. the ppl there are actually colder.

About what i have said.. i think that is a true reflection of wad is going on in the working world.
Ppl dun help u like ur sec sch friends.. they are there to compete with u for bonus, promotions... why shd they help u to win them??

Ya.. thats the harsh cold world.

I count myself lucky that i dun have classmates like that. I feel sad for Z.. hope that she can overcome these difficulties.

Actually, i think that school/classmates shd help one another.. at the end of 2 yrs u r not competing with ppl in ur own school.. but ppl from other schools.. if all of them go killing each other in the same school.. i dunno how they can compete with other schools whose students work together. Team work and support is very impt.

Anyway the word "mug" means to rob or steal.. so the word "mugger" means a robber la. I wonder why ppl wanna us Mug = study study and Mugger= someone who studys alot. weird right?

Tml have to reach school by 8 am.. man.. i have no idea why i participated in the javelin and discus throw.. sure die one la.. why did i sign up??? Dumb me..

Stupid PE.. its tough. Everytime finish the 400m sprints.. already breathless.. but still need to do other physical stuff.. will outta breath one leh.. stupid PE.

Today.. the almost the whole class went to NYP Mac.. we only have like 40 mins left for lunch.. all of us still went there.. the travelling to and fro will talke up like 20 mins.. then the place is very crowded one leh.. 15 mins to queue leh.. left 5 mins. All of us ordered take away.

Dunno why.. i guess they are promoting their beef fantastic.. for every value meal u buy.. u get a free beef fanstatic. So we have like 19 beef fanstatics la.. bring back to school.. eat and drink on our way back..lol.. i still cant figure out why we wanna go there.. with just 40 mins left.

Then gave the beef fanstatic away to other ppl la.. we cant possibly finish 2 burgers.. except for 1 or 2 ppl.

tml have a maths class test.. i m gonna die..lol.. its on functions and my whole functions tute is like crosses.. when fail then the teacher will give more work.. nvm.. more work is better rightz? so failing is good..haha..

Yesterday went out with yean sheng and raeger to buy table tennis bat.

we got it at a discount.. 18 bucks for 1 racket and a ping pong ball each..lol..

Then went to bradell(spelling?) Heights CC at serangoon wanna rent a table tennis table but they said that it was reserved for their club members only. Nvm.. so called to Sk CC and they said the same thing.

Hm.. it is not some country club leh.. its the comminity centre.. cannot even rent tables to the public.. still call a community centre meh.. no brains.

Anyway.. YS know that at the void deck a block got a table tennis table.. so we went there to play.. the table is old la.. but still can be used..lol..

some times the wind so strong that the ball will go the other direction one..lol.. anyway.. it was fun.

eh.. now.. i doing nth leh and my common test are coming up.ahhh.. still using comp everyday..haizzzz..

Then today we went to ask if can join table tennis or not.. the teacher din even see our faces leh.. we called into the staff room.. then he said can join.. just go tell the vice captain can liao..lol..

Ytd got kicked outta batminton we all so sad leh.. 4 of us.. all kena kicked out.. not cos we lousy.. cos too many ppl in the recreational team liao.. so no choice la.. we become the ones who do the shitty stuff.

PE is crazy today.. i think tml my hands will be aching like crazy..lol.. but i believe this is not the worst PE lesson.. the worst is yet to come.

I have realised some after one week plus into the new term.

Studying super duper hard as in mug like siao doesnt get you far.

Ya.. u study hard u get good grades. U study like crazy like those crazy ppl studying till the super extreme one.. u get top in the level.

But thats not the point of education. We are not nuturing some type of "read the lecture notes, memorise and apply in exam" type of robots. What the education system plans to nuture at the end of the day is people who can think critically/analytically.. to find out wads the problem and solve it creatively.

Not that studying now is not good and all of us shd just fail our A levels.. studying is important! But at the same time we shd train ourselves to think analytically.. ask qns.. why is this like that blah blah.. and not just to accept what is given to us. Question everything(not dumb qns la).

We should also train ourselves to look at different perspective of things. Not just be fixed at looking at one particular angle. Take for example.. the other day Raeger told me.. that his watch is adjusted to the timing of the school bell. At every :15 or :45 the bell will go. But sometimes it will be 1 or 2 mins off.

Then he said its probably the school bell got prob.

I agreed with him straight away without questioning.

Then he asked me why din i suspect that it is his watch that have a problem.

This is wad i mean by looking at different perspective. The problem not necessary is with the bell.. but it may also be with the watch. um.. u get me? lol..

anyway.. thats what i learn in this new term.. something that i hope to achieve.

In the future.. your straight A's grades most probably doesnt come handy when u r working.. but ur analytical mind will.

One of my tutors said smt like this:

Singaporeans abroad in some pretigeous colleges have topped the cohort.. yes i will have to agree that it is good. We worked hard and deserved the good grades. But at the end of the day.. it is those ppl who did not top the level become the more sucessful ones.

Why? Cos those who have topped concentrated on studies only and once they step out of textbooks and memorising formulars.. they are at a loss. While the others(the more sucessful ones) got good grades(but not exceptionally good to be top).. they spend more time on developing their creative thinking. Their analytically skills.. they widen their perspectives. That is wad make them successful.

Hm.. up till now.. confusing or not? my eNgLaNd not very pOwDerFuL ah.. so sorry for the lousy usuage of english.

so in summary, the whole point is.. not 100% time/effort into studying. Reserve a portion for training ur mind.. it will get u far.. futher than those who have 100% into studying.

anyway.. i m going to join the batminton team.. hope i get in tml. I mean the recreational team.. i not that pro u know.. finally found my racket.. it was in my bro's treasure chest..lol..

I haven really get to know all the guys in my class yet leh.. at least i know all the girls. The girls more friendly la.. and more approachable.. not that the guys are unfriendly.. just that i dunno wad to say to them la.. just dunno how to approach la..lolx..

lots of things awaits me to do.. hw hw hw.. ya.. other than doing hw must rmb to train ur mind to think hor..lol.. here i go again..

Everyday is juz school and homework. Of course life is not that dull you know.. interesting things happen in school everday.. eh.. but cant really rmb everything.

I just know that R got "blacklisted" by a number of tutors.

The first one was the Chem tutor. He is new to the school la.. just started teaching only. So.. during the tutorial.. R kept asking him questions la.. pointing out his mistakes and shooting more questions. Shoot till he so irritated. When he saw R raise his hand he told the class " next time if u want to ask a qn.. think thru it first if really cannot answer then ask me".. lolx.

Then he kena "blasklisted" by the Gp tutor also. There was this intro session. Then we suppose to say our name, fav food, and wad we cannot stand.

Most ppl say they can stand anything la.

So its R's turn " I cannot stand it when ppl ask me wad i cannot stand"

This is not the only one.. the next one is she gave us each a slip of paper with a qn on it and then wehn its our turn we suppose to answer that qn.

R's qn was smt like if u have 3 mins to tell ppl SOMETHING what will u say?

His answer was "SOMETHING"

At first the tutor tot he asking her a qn" something?"

Then she said"ya.. something"

Then he kept on saying" Something"

"i will tell them SOMETHING"..lol.. i know its lame.. but thats wad happened.

Then in the Maths tutorial.. we suppose to intro another person.. then need to say their name blah blah.. wad is their fav subject and their hated subjects.

I intro R ma.. then he told me he no fav all is hated subject.

I told the class that la.. then the tutor asked if he needs counselling or not..lol..

First day of the second term.

U all know la.. got posted to 0806 only got 4 zhss ppl there.. raeger, su nguan, hong kiat and I. How i wished i was i 0706..lol.. all my p.a.e 0306 classmates who stayed and took the same subject combi got posted to 0706 except for Raeger, Su Nguan and I. hm.. did i mention this is the previous posts??

Anyway.. only got to know 2 ppl in the new class today.. how pathetic!!

So sad leh.. in the morning assembly.. 07 and 08 stood beside each other.. then see all the ex classmates there.. so near.. yet so far... lol...

The first week is the temp lecture timetable.. so all are lectures. Lucnh time we went to Amk central to eat pizza with Siew Hoon, Hen, Stacy, Su Nguan, Ee kiat and Raeger. Had a fun time there..hehe.. hanging out with them is always fun..hehe..

Then went back to the school for this MBTI thinggy. It is short for Myers Briggs Type Indicatior.. so smt like that.. its a personality test thinggy and it took us 3 hours to conplete the whole course.

Ok.. so tested liao.. here is a short description of my personality. Of course.. it is a very simplified verison.. the speaker elaborated alot on each type of personality.. her elaboration took like more than 1 hour for 16 different types of personalities.

Extraversion: Ppl who prefered extraversion tends to focus on the outer world of ppl and things.

School going to start tml. i m posted to s0806.. did i mention this b4?

Nvm.. i only like know 4 other ppl out of the class of 25.. so need to quicky get to know them..lol.. or else it would be hard to do Pw.

Hm.. kinda looking forward to the bz school life again.. you know.. wake up at 5 45am go school attend lectures and tutorials.. CCAs.. reach home at 6+ do work then go to bed.. and not to forget have to study for tests..blah blah... random and unexpected stuff will happen in school and this is wad make life interesting.

Ok.. time to start working hard now.. cannot everday play. actually, i play till abit sian liao la.. everyday go out.. play com.. play pool, play bowling, play arcade, go beach.. thats why i kinda look forward to school open.

Tell me i m lame.. but i actually borrowed a book on Pool to read. I found this sport interesting and wanted to know more..lol.. so went to the library to get a book about pool. Just started reading yesterday. Din know that there were so many techinques to master. I always tot its just about hitting the ball into the pocket.

3 months back i borrowed a book on bowling too..lol.. dumb right? For the same reason.. i found it interesting and ever since it has become one of my favourite sport (cos can play in air conditioned place)..hehehe...

Went to do CIP today ay AMK library. we did from morning 10 am-12 15 pm.. went for lunch then continued from 1 15-3 30 pm.. so in total we completed 4 1/2 hrs of CIP today. The afternoon CIP was crazy..lol..

We went into the shelving room and this lady asked us to take one trolley each.. collected like 40 books per person, stacked them on our own trolleys and asked us to shelve. I had all the children fairy tales.. the number was smt like..382.4 or smt. Then i see.. all my books are 382.4 one leh.. like that sure very easy.. all shove in at one shot can liao. When i reach there then realised that infront of the number got the first 3 letters of the author's sir name.. then must shelve according to the first alphabet..lol..

Nvm la.. like 40-50 books only... 15 mins can liao..hehe so happy.. then the librarian told me.. " u see ah.. all these books on the shelves are not in the correct position.. u go shelve all the children fairy tale can liao"

Eh.. got shelf A-Z.. then must remove all those books which are in the wrong position one.. and put in the correct..lol.. its alot of work. but luckily got YS, R, and EK to help. The SN just stood there and made alot of noise..lol..

We went to Grassroot later..yaya.. went there for "entertainment". Played the para para thinggy.. Raeger is the pro leh.. i tell u.. he is the pro. dun see him like dunno how to dance like that.. he won all of us leh!!

Then played pool and bowling. The lane beside us got a mother and a 7 yr old daughter la. This mother like.. extremely fustrated or impatient la. She went to the lane.. told her daugther to bowl.. she demo la.. walk up to the foul line then asked her daughter to throw straight..her arms must swing straight la.

So her daughter went to bowl.. got a few times into gutter la.. then this mother become so fustrated and kept scolding her.

"I told u must swring straight not to the side"

"see la..look at your score!!"

I was like.. eh.. ur daughter is only like 7 and u expect her to bowl like wad? A pro?

from wad i saw la.. i think this was like her first few times holding a bowling ball.

Actually i saw that the girl threw straight leh.. but cos her force not large enough the ball will tend to hook to left or right.. then kena scolded. "i told u to throw straight right??!!"

i wanted to go over to tell that lady la..

" she threw straight liao.. but the ball just hooked off, u so pro u go do a full demo la.. talk so much. She 7 yr old only u think wad.. play 3 times bowling then can score 200 pts already ah? Like that i can average 300 pts liao lo!"

for those who doesnt know.. 300 pts is the max.. and if can get 200 pts at average is counted as pro already ;)

anyway.. i average at 100 :(.. eh.. sucks..

So sad... all those from 0306 who stayed in AJC and selected back the samd combi stayed in the same class excpet for me, raeger and Su Nugan.. =(.. wl... so sad leh..

today went to Amk library with raeger and yean sheng. We go there for a 1/2 hour briefing on our CIP. So.. we will start tml la.. do CIP there. Later we went to Grassroot Club.. to play pool and bowling..hehe.. so as u can see.. i m playing and having fun everyday. Then at home.. i will be using the com.. from morning till night.. wa.. die la..

0306 friends outing today!!

Went to sentosa.

Met at harbourfront Mrt station.. then move off. We decided to walk.. cos someone have tight budget..lol..

so we walked.

Walk..walk.. for about 20minutes later.. then realised.. eh.. why din see the way in ah?

went to ask a passer by, then realised we walked in the exact opposite direction. Its like the place in the North.. we head in the South leh.. probably my fault..lol.. so we spend another 20 mins walking back to the mrt station.. then decided to take the shuttle bus.. if not.. we will only reach there in the evening..lol..


Its is fun.. but i believe it could be even more fun if the sun isnt scorching down on us. It was noon.. so its very hot.

The sand is burning. Noone can stand on the sand for 5 mins without getting his/her feet roasted.

So all of us hid under the huge tent eracted by.. dunno who la.. they last night there got dunno wad party.. so we just hide under the desserted tent.

Then all of us feel very tired under the extremely warm day.. so.. not in the high mood to play like siao.. as we usually will do.

Then later went by the sea la.. actually we plan to shove Hong Seng down into the water.. then duno why stacy splash water at us and ran away.. so we changed target.

we went up to grab her.. dragged and carried her. I was carrying her by her right arm, then Su Nguan by her left arm.. and dunno who carried her legs. So we.. went to the water.. and she is already above the water la.. haven dump her inside.. we started to discuss smt.. while holding her above the water.

so in the end we just release her la..lol.. then she everything wet.

The next one was Hong Seng.. he was the wettest..lol.. followed by me getting wet and lionel..hehe..

oh ya.. raeger splitted his pants while bending down to pick up the volleyball..lol.. and i have to lend him my extra pants..lol.. the split was like super big.. all the way from the front to the back..hehe.. got take picture of it leh.. maybe will post in myspace..lol.. maybe..hehe..

then we went off later la.. at around 4+ like that.. cos all of us very tired and no strength to play liao. We went to harbourfront shopping centre to buy drink and eat earn dinner. Then later went to Douby Ghaut Mrt there the arcade to play.

wa.. spend alot of money leh.. 10+ play some car racing thinggy.. like everyone raced against each other la.. hehe.. later on went back home lor..

hm.. had quite alot of fun actually..hehe.. fun!!

The next.. time we are going out is probably went the school starts la.. the holidays everyone is bz.

okok.. o2 finally ended.

Ponned the yesterday.. which was the finale, games and dances. Cos.. i feel that its gonna be boring. And.. i was right it was boring. Went back there today and they told me it was boring. The finale was boring.. the games was boring. But i think the mass dance shd be nice.. "its gonna be me".. pretty cool dance.

So.. wad did i do at home on thursday.. actually, just slack around. Nth much.

Then today.. the whole morning all talks. PCCG, Library and IT talks. Till like 12+ then is the JC1 and JC2 bonding. Each OG is attatched to a JC2 PDG.. then everyone must bring food to share and eat la. Din go to that either.. but i provided for them 2 bottles of chilli sauce.. for their hotdogs..hehe.. at least i contributed.

Raeger, Yean Sheng, Wei Quan and I went to NYP for lunch then went to grassroot to bowl and play pool. Fun.. i think it was better than the bonding session and i was right again. We went back to school at 4 plus to buy school uniform.. then the ppl there said it was boring.. lol..

Ah! Go many of those ppl from Zhss appealed back to AJC. One lucky person is Tan Jin.

The latest one will know the appeal result from AJC is at 3 pm today la.. and i think Tan Jin was one of the last lol..

He dunno beg the principal like siao like that.. stood outside the office for hours.. talk to so many teachers and the VP.. then beg like siao again.. keep on pestering the Principal.. pest.. pest.. begg begg begg.. and pest more.. finally.. she let him in..lol..

Then Zi Yang was also successful in appealing in. He got accepted by both Nyjc and Ajc and guess wad stupid thing he did.. he told both ny that he is going to ny and told aj that he is going to aj.. now he is suppose to go to 2 schools..lol..

then later on ran into him at the ajc G.O.. he said smt like now both schs reject him or smt..lol..

waa.. my class outing is coming soon.. we probably going to sentosa..yay!!

Today is Orientation 2.

hM.. my elemental is still Incendio, while my elementi is Fuego. Then one of the OGF was my previous OG member..lol.. last time she was cheering along side with me.. now is asking me to cheer.. hehehe..

Anyway.. got slightly less than 20 ppl in the OG, cos got afew is students who are going to appeal out of AJC.. so they dun have to participate in the games.. but need to listen only to the talk. They are allowed to leave after 12:15.

Then in the morning.. i went to fuego the queue up place.. so many unfamilar faces leh.. not even 1 zhss one in my OG.. i was.. so sian..lol.. then sit there.. lalala..lalala.. all of a sudden a girl said"eh.. u also in Fuego ah?"

I looked up.

Lol.. she got posted to AJC.. then the 4e3 hui qi also got into ajc and the both same OG as mee.. yay!! at least got some ppl i know one..hehe..

ok.. the morning was boring.. principal talk.. subject talk.. then learn school song. Then afternoon is eat lunch. So sian.. nth interesting.

Later on is mass dance!! This is the interesting part.. i found mass dance interesting..lol.. and kinda like it.

So.. we danced to the song Mumbo no.5.. last time learn b4 liao la.. and our OGF paired us all up.. cooncidentally... i was partnered with pris.

So.. its a couple dance la. You know ah.. she is blur.. and that makes the whole thing very funnie. At the beginning always forget the steps one.. lol..

Then got one part.. is where both ppl face each other.. then place both palms infront of them.. with e back of the hand facing themselves and the palm touching the other person's palm. then need to walk side ways la.. sort of like a crab.. you know.. craP walk.

Then two steps left.. two steps right.. pris said we look like kindergarden kiddies when we do that.. and everytime when come to that step.. her facial expression is damn funny.. cannot look at her face ah.. if not will laugh like crazy..lol..

very entertaining indeed.

After mass dance.. is games.. ahh.. we had a winning streak at first.. then lost the last 2 games.. it was such a close lost.

Hm.. i feel that o2 seem much more fun than o1.. the ppl in my OG like more enthu than in o1..during the first day la.. but dunno wad will happen tml.

Can see that the both of them very confuse... if wanna go Aj or stay in Vj.. wanna go to Aj cos of this reason and that reason.. stay because of blah blah.. at the end of the day.. they still cant make up their mind..lol..

anyway.. take your time to consider and faster appeal if u wanna go some other places. Follow your heart.. it will take u to the right place.. and nv will u regret your decision.

After that went to Mos Burger with a couple of friends to have lunch and went to play bowling at Kovan.. than wander around Heartland Mall for awhile b4 taking a bus home.

so sad.

last day of school liao.. last day in 0306 already.. time really flies when u r having fun!

So.. i brought the camera to school and snapped lots of pix. Eric took a damn funny video of Hong Seng and Swee Kun.. will upload later and post the link.. once i find the stupid cable.

ok.. so the school posting is out tml... well.. not nervous at all.. cos i most probably can get into AJC.. if not.. i probably will faint.

ok.. next week is orientation. Dun really feel like going to O2 leh.. must listen to all the subject talks all over again.. so boring one leh.. 2 hrs inside the audi.. will die one leh. Then have to play all the games again..lol.. and all the ice breakers.. all the intros.. all the this and all the that... ahh.. sian ah!

Then the new sch term is going to start. Ppl in the class will began to study like crazy.. crazy one la. I hope can stay with the same ppl.. its so much fun to be with them!!

oh man.. raeger is sick today.. he went home early.. and after alighting at his stop.. he say he vomit like siao like that..lol.. and had to wait for 1 hr +++ for the doctor..lol...

I m getting very lazy these days.

dun really feel like studying and doing homework..

hm.. i find my class fun and interesting..lol.. but only have like 2 more weeks togther then the school posting is going to be released and everything will be reshuffled.

Anyway.. there are many funny and lame stuff going around in m class. At least funny and lame from my own perspective.

well.. a couple of weeks ago, we were in physic lecture and they are starting on a new topic, thermal physic. The lecturer was a new teacher, according to some friends.. so the lecture starts. Cant say that the lecturer is lousy la.. i think she knows her stuff, but just doesnt know how to put it across to us.. so the whole chapter seem confusing.. very confusing.

Then one teacher.. who was sitting in the LT was walking randomly about and stop beside raeger..

teacher: do u understand the lecture?

raeger: I dun understand everything.

So.. in the next lecture.. there were like 6 other physic teachers in the LT listening to the new lecturer giving her lesson.. then she was extremely nervous. All the teachers were like staring at her and taking down lots of notes.

Lol.. i found this interesting.. and then everyone was like joking blaming raeger for getting the new lecturer into trouble.

then.. There was su nguan and ee kiat.. the both of them love the free access room very much. Inside can use comp during breaks and free periods. So.. one fine day.. there was a 1/2 hour break.. as usual, they dash off to the F.A.R. then the other guys went to have recess. We went back to class and the chinese lesosn starts. But the both of them haven come back yet..lol... the only come back 1/2 hour after the chinese lesson starts. They tot that the break was 1 hour.

There are afew stupid jokes about one of our teachers. He is always blinking la.. u know.. blink the eye.. blink blink blink.

So.. 2 days ago, they came up with some joke about him la.

Why he cannot go to the optician?
cos he always blinking.. then the machine cannot scan his eyes..
Then need someone to stand behind him to hold his eye lids up..lol.. so that can check his eye.

Then anothe one is why he cannot wear contact lenses.. same answer la..

Still got smt like.. why he always cannot finish test or exams. Cos 1/2 of the time he is blinking.. its like he blinks at alternate seconds.. so, he only have 1/2 the time to complete his test/exams.. thats why everytime cannot finish.

lame stuff came up by some of the boys... definitely not me.. cos that time i was in the toilet.. or else.. i would have joined in the fun.

Hm.. remember me saying that first aid club was boring. well.. all the zhss guys din go to first aid club liao.. so if i m not wrong, they only left with 2 jc1s.. and those 2 are females..

so, i went to chess club to have a look. Hm.. I-chess have like only 10-14 members.. and only like 4-5 really enthusiastic members. The training starts at around. 2 30 pm.. till 5 pm.. this is the time when the members play against each other la. Then from 5-7pm is when the coach comes in to guide, teach and play against the players.

well.. won a couple of games back there.. probably because those who play with me wasnt concentrating.. they dunno reading wad notes. Then later i stayed for the coaching session. Many ppl left cos they were not interested or feel that it was too late already. Only got 5 ppl stay back.. including me.

So.. we all sat around a table.. then he began to analyse a game played by him and a student la.. teach some opening... why cannot move this.. why must move this.. this this and that that..

then he one person played against all 5 of us. Took only 20 mins for him to trash 5 of us..

eh.. i think i m the worst out of the 5.. cos he really did trash me.. its like TRASH me..

anyway.. like all of those ppl in chess club were from chess club in their secondary school.. man.. make me feel so lousy when i m with them.

Dunno which cca to join during second in take leh..


Hm.. about pen spinning.. got like 5 guys from my class turn to pen spinning liao..hehe.. then they began to buy pens from me.. not bad eh? hehehe..

ahh.. today the banquet office people called me. I guess the person was Angie. Anyway.. she asked me if wanna go back tonight to work or not.. they need more staff.. and she reminded me that my pass is going to expire soon.

Actually, i sort of forget about working at r3c till she called. Hm.. still can rmb the days i working in r3c.. so fun..lol.. but when kena scolded then not fun la.

I guess to most ppl, the fun part is getting paid and making new friends. But.. i sort of find carrying huge trays of dishes.. collecting dishes and serving food and drinks interesting. crazy me. Hm.. should i go back or not ah.. kinda miss that place..

This wedneday went to ECP again.. this time most of the people decided to cycle.. after a 10 minute debate outside the bike/blade rental shop..hehe.. Din manage to take many pictures.. cos.. the stupid camera ran outta batt.. but i believe stacy did take many pictures..

hm.. after cycling.. we went to bowling.. then the arcade and to mac for dinner. Wait till like around 9 like that then went home..

Very tiring leh.. then the next day.. which was thursday.. no strength to study..lol.. keep falling asleep in class.

Man.. i m gonna switch cca already.. first aid club is boring.. and i think all of the zhss J1 in F.A.C.. din like it.

Lets see.. hm.. they are disorganised. Meeting starts late.. the whole classroom is like very messy... then still have to shift the tables to the side.. this makes the room even more chaotic and messier. During meetings.. most of the j2s will be clustered at the back of the room.. chit chatting.. and its very distractive.. cant hear wad the person infront is saying. Despite repeatedly being told to lower their vols.. they are still loud.

Then.. the meeting is boring. I din learn anything during the meetings. er.. those stuff that they taught.. were common sense.. i mean.. those very basic first aid are common sense. just like wad the prez says.

When bleeding.. apply pressure on the wound right? to sop the bleeding.. i mean.. noone will be that stupid to.. not apply pressure and let it bleed like crazy right? no?

so Raeger, Yean Sheng and I have decided to go view other ccas and stop going to FAC. I believe SN, ZZ, EK and WQ are also leaving.

Y.S says he wanna join I-Chess... so good la.. got ppl to accompany me..hehe..

Wa.. i just rmb smt.. u know ah.. my class got one girl.. abit crazy one.. she everytime yelling.. playing like crazy.. and we like to make fun of her one... She is the top 5N student in the O levels leh.. cant believe it..lol.. but now she withdraw from AJC and went to ploy liao.. so the class become.. so quiet..

Sian.

School only starts on thursday. The school gave us these 6 days off so that the student can make careful choice on the insitute they wanna enroll in.

so boring at home leh.. everyday using the com.. use until sian liao. Then dun feel like doing any work.. lazy la.. but luckily.. tml have a class gathering(ajc).. so not that bad la.. going back to the same place as last time.. East Coast Park.. but this time dunno if they wanna cycle or blade.. both are fun!

Hm.. got a number of people went abroad to study liao.. one of them is my good friend.. Jin Ge.. he is in USA now.. dunno how is he doing.. another gal from my sec 4 class is off in Australia.. and a couple more zhss ppl also in aus.

hm.. i think going off abroad for further education seem.. cool? yeaH! As for me.. i have always wanted to travel around to different countries.. not just to shop and hang around in amusement parks.. but to learn about their culture and their way of living. And.. to see beautiful sceneries. So.. studying abroad seem like fun to me.

But of course.. looking at the other side.. its like u r leaving all ur friends.. family and relatives back here.. and going there to study almost by urself. It seem terrifying too. and seem really lonely. Further more.. there is noone to nag at u la.. so need to be very self disciplined and extremely independent.

Ya.. there are the good side and the .. not so good side.. but if i m given a chance.. i will choose to study abroad.. not in their Junior colleges or High school la.. but in more pretigious university..like..like.. i dunno la.

"O"levels results are released today. I m quite contented with my results.. at least i can stay in AJC science. i wa quite disappoinited with my chemistry results.. cos i expected an A1.. but in the end got an A2.. must be my chem prac.. my results all wrong one..lol.. i had a few suprises as well.. i tot my english sure die one.. but in the end got a B3.
I expect my combine humanities to get c6.. but ended up getting a b3 too. Then my geog.. i tot will get b3.. but get A1.. most suprising of all is probably my physic. i got an A2.. normally.. my physic shd be a C or at best a low B..firstly because i dun really have any interest in physic.. and i dun understand wad the physic teacher is talking about.. lol...

hm.. congratz to all those who got their desired score.. and to all who did not manage to get the scores they want... dont be too disappointed or sad.. you have tried ur best!

Hm... now that i m back home.. dunno wad to do now.. so sian.. and dun really feel like doing any homework.

In my class(AJC).. Raeger and I were sitting with 3 other zhss ppl.. 3 guys la.. all those top in class and in level one.. super stress leh.. they like 24/7 doing work one... and always do read ahead.. everytime see them do work.. i wanna faint liao.. they damn smart.

so the 2 of us migrated to another table. it was an empty table.. but now is inhabitated by raeger and i la.. so.. now.. cannot see them doing work liao.. i feel not as stress.

anyway.. for the physic challege: buliding an aeroplane.. my team got second in class and can proceed to the next round.. it was also a great surprise. cos.. do the plane the day b4.. and did not do an research at all. all we did was to paste 3 cardboard of different sizes onto a thin wooden stick.. and then paste an eraser at the front of the stick can liao... and we got second.

in the next round.. we shd be competing with the other classes.. all of their planes damn pro.. can fly from one end of the hall to the other end and can stay in the air for such a long time... we sure die one..

Yesterday

It was chem lecture for the first 1 hour in the morning. Hunger was gawning at Raeger and I half way thru the lecture.. so i asked him if wanna grab a bite during one of our breaks or not.. so he say yes la.
Then i ask him.. is the next hour a break.. he said yes. so once the bell ring.. we dashed out of the audi.. first ones to went out, and first one to get to the canteen. then we had western meal..
after that.. went to Free Access Room to look for ee kiat and su guan, but they were not there.. so called them.. their hp not swtch on.. went to look for our classmates.. but noone can be found.. so.. we went to look at the timetable.. OOPS!
It was suppose to be physic letcure now.. and we went for break.. the break was suppose to be after the physic lecture.. aahh.. so this is the first time i m skippning lesson.. it was freaking dumb..

Class Outing today!

We meet at bedok mrt station at 11 pm like that then went to the hawker centre close by hawker centre to have lunch. Only 10 ppl went.. Lionel, siew hoon, henrietta, swee kun, stacy, shi hao, eric, raeger, Su Nguan and I.. but it was alot of fun!!

Went to East Coast Park to play. Then we stood there for like 15 minutes to decide on to roller blade or to cycle.. all the girls and a couple of guys wanna blade.. while the rest wanna bike.. i wanted to bike.. cos i dunno how to blade ma.. but in the end.. we all bladed.. hehe.. just to try out smt new la..

wl.. fell down so many times.. luckily got pros like eric and stacky.. i mean stacy down there to help me along.. hehe.. and now i think i can blade slightly better liao.

At around 4 plus to 5pm.. went to the bowling alley around ECP.. i think it is called Marina Bowl or smt.. its really old.. very old.. like those in the 1990s.. super old.. ther screen in in black and white one.. and one time can only show 4 frames.. and the pin setter was.. lousy..lol.. always jam.. and the computer doesnt know how to keep score one.. sometimes they just hit 1 or 2 pin.. then it put as strike liao..lol..

anyway.. later went for dinner at parkway parade.. pasta mania.. ate and joke all the way.. and then went home with Siew Hoon, stacy, and Raeger. Siew Hoon left half way then the rest of us took MRt back to Sk.

Had a very nice day.. and looking forward to the next outing..hehe..

Finally got myself an Ipod nano.. and now, i have a huge hole in my pocket. This Ipod thinggy is complicated.. i took like 3 hours to figure out how to upload the music from the com into the ipod.. lol..

The result is going to be released in 2 weeks time, wow.. time really flies. i m kinda scared now.. cos of my inconsistency in my english grades.. later fail english.. then really die ah..

i hope i can continue to stay in AJC.. i cant say that this place is the best.. where ppl have fun almost all day in school.. where ppl are all so enthu and where orientations are wild and crazy.. but as time passes, i kinda grew to like the place.. and also.. there are so many friends in that place.. it will be a pity if i cant stay there.

Finally, it is the weekend. 5 days in school is enough to kill me.. boring lectures.. stupid tutorials and no brain teachers. Not to mention tiring PE lessons.

I got a feeling that i m gonna fail physic.. if there is going to be a test. cos.. my physic sucks.. ever since in sec 3 and secondly.. the panda eye physic teacher is lousy. He is lousy.. and i mean lousy. worse than my sec 4 physic teacher. 1 hour of tutorial.. he din even finish going thru one question. And please take note.. its an MCQ.. just need to choose A B C or D.. and it took him one hour.

He was like.. say afew words.. then "huh?"...say a few words.. "huh?".. noone ask him any qn hor.. he is saying "huh" to himself.. wierd right? and i feel that he doesnt know his work well.. he looks blur.. completely blur.. its like asking a p1 kid to teach JC1 physic.

I think i have made up my mind.. First Aid Club is my choice for the CCAs.. firstly because.. many friends are going in there.. secondly cos it is more relaxing..hehe..

today.. went bowling with Yean sheng, Raeger and Dom.. we played like crazy.. i mean.. like crazy. 8 games.. and it burn a hole in my pocket. And i was below average today =(

Today, is the first day which we follow our term 1 permanent timetable. So.. got lecture and tutorials la.. unlike when we were following the temporary timetable.. it was all lectures and no tutorials. and not to mention, lots of break in between.

Got to meet my class for the second time today. 24 ppl in the class and 11 is from zhss(7 guys, 4 girls).. thats like almost half. There was PE lesson in the morning, it was 1 1/2 hour.. and it was boring la. we got our timetable ytd ma.. and usually, if we were still in seconday school.. 1 1/2 hours straight of PE lessons will usually make us happy la. cos it means games.. games.. and games. but.. now.. noone is happy..lol..

For term 1 and 2.. its conditioning la.. so nothing fun lor.. do stretching and warm up like siao.. until everyone sweat and sian liao.. then start the real thing. which is jog around the tracks la..

after tat ah.. my whole body tired liao.. and wanted to fall asleep during chinese, civics, and maths tutorial. Today.. lesson ended at 12 15pm.. early! so went home lor..

Raeger and I went home together.. so we corssed the overhead bridge to the other side and saw an old man at the foot of the stairs there.. with 2 huge huge plastic bags.. i mean.. tat type of nylon bags.. which on the outside have strips of blue..red..blue..red.. and a handle one.. he like dunno waiting for wad. so we asked him if he carrying the bags over and if need help or not. so at first he rejected.. but then later accepted our offer. and so.. raeger and i went over to get a bag la. and it was freaking heavy. really... super.. heavy. so he taught us how to carry it. It was like how woman carry their handbags la.. slip ur hand through the handle and carry it on the inside of ur elbow.. since the thing is really heavy, raeger and i.. 2 person carry one bag.. and the old man.. around 60 yrs old ba.. carried one by himself.. he's strong eh?

So.. we looked dumb.. he had his left hand while i had my right hand thru the same handle.. the hole la.. and the bag is in between us.. so we struggled to climb up the stairs.. 2 clumsy young man.

so we went up and saw stacy and a couple of ajcians j1s walk pass.. they were looking at us.. 2 dummies.. so on the bridge.. we still carried the bag..and shuffled our shoes as we trudged forward. only until 1/4 of the way.. then stacy.. from behind our backs.. shouted to us.. to tell us that the bag had got wheels underneth.

ahhh... so dumb of us.. it was really stupid..lol..

The "O" levels result will be out in abt a month.. so scared. later i fail my english or smt.. then die ah. cannot stay back in zhss.. cannot go JC.. and probably cannot enter poly.. so go ITE? AHH!

Ok.. lets talk abt which CCA i choose. As most of u know la.. AJC have a smaller variety of cca to choose from as compared to other JCs like TJC, SAJC.. I cant play sports ma.. cos not good enuff.. and sian of very physical CCA.. so.. i decided to join CHESS CLUB! its international chess.. not very physically exhausting.. but mentally is.. i dun mind.. cos i love I-Chess..training is only once a week.. for 4 1/2 hours.. and thats all.

If really cannot get into I-Chess, then an alternative would be to join.. First Aid Club! Save lives!
The best thing is.. CCA is on every tuesday.. from 2:30pm to... 3:30pm! one hour! A number of guys from Zhss signed up for First Aid Club.. dunno if they really wanna get in or not..hehe..

Last day of orientation.. a bit sad la.

today, morning was filled with our finale games and a library talk. Then at 12+, it was the free and easy session.. till 5 30pm then must report back to school. So our group, whose name is Chispa.. which i tink is a very cute name, decided to go to causeway point there the pizzahut to have our lunch.

well, there is 20 ppl in the group, then have 2 grp leaders, so 22 ppl.. then we queue up outside first ma.. the staff inside help to join the tables. everyone was looking at us.. ppl in the pizzahut, and ppl outside.. cos one whole big group.. gathered in 2-3 messy lines.. like going for a gang fite like that.

anyway.. the food is nice. Our grp leaders, C.T and Y.T took their leave first.. they say they needa change shirt.. but is actually going to prepare some gifts for us and also a bdae cake for 2 of the grp members whose bdae just past only. so the 20 of us were left to entertain ourselves.

naturally, all the jokes.. some games la.. all the crap all came out..lol.. i think it was fun.. especially those games..lol..

Then later they came back with a cake.. and sang bdae song.. cut cake and ate it up. C.T then came up with a qn.. an IQ qn la..

it goes like that.. there are 2 island.. on the first island, got 8 ppl. Father, mother, 2 daughters, 2 sons, 1 police and 1 thief.

So.. the objective is to get 8 ppl across to the next empty island with a boat which can only hold 2 ppl at max. Only the father, mother and police knows how to row a boat.. if the father is not around, mother will kill the son, mother not around.. father will kill the daughters.. and if police man is not around.. thief will kill all.. so must think of a way to get them all across.. alive!

it took us really long to figure out..lol..

Then back in school.. the finale night started.. with Eternal Loop, an AJC band.. which got into the finals for the straits times school of rock thinggy performed 3 songs.. then got lots of cheers..and there was a short skit.. lots of cheerings again..and finally a dance.. cheering again.. and then its time to say goodbye.

aww.. so sad.. it was quite enjoyable actually, mixing around with all the ppl in the group. The Orientation group leaders were fantastic!!

oh well.. everyone have got everyone's number and e mail.. and we can always see each other in school..hehe..

First day in AJC.

Many Zhss ppl in there.. at least 30 of them.. so many familiar faces. Then.. met a couple of P sch friend, then made many many new friends there..

well.. first 4 days are orientation ma.. so today.. we learnt the sch song, listen to some very boring subject combination talk.. and today only 4 subject's intro. then i gonna die liao. Very sleepy in the audi, really sleepy.. listening to the prinicipal's speech, then to the subject head's speech..

luckily it ended like after 1 hour plus.. so its to games la.. at least not so boring. played many games.. cant rmb the names.. and got shout all those cheer thinggy la.. orientation ma.. surely do all these stuff one. we also had a very enthu team leader..lol.. her name is C.T. every time she will be the loudest one.. screaming.. jumping about.. extremely hyper..lol..

we were released at around 6 30 am.. so freaking tired..

tml second day of orientation.. the whole morning from 8 to 12 ba... is talks.. sub combi talks.. sigh.. boring ah..

Happy New Year!~

yesterday:
Went back to collect pay at around 9 30, then travel to kovan for bowling. JH din wanna bowl so she just watch me and Dom play, then Xs need to go home. Later on, Dom and JH came to my house.. so Dom and I played international chess.. while JH just do nth..lol..

Later on went to work and then after work at around 11 30 pm, rushed to esplanade there to watch the fireworks display.

Anyway, our last day of work was.. boring. We were assigned to do setting.. which means we set up the tables la.. plates.. fork.. spoons.. ect ect.. then clear up the place, and went to stand at the entrance of a meeting room for 2+ hours before going to the countdown. so boring..so only the 2 of us working at that place leh.. cannot make new friends..lol..

Today:
Woke up at 1 pm..damn tired.. then Dom asked if wanna go bowling or not. He at home.. nth to do.. so sian.. i also very sian at home.. so go lor.. Reached there at around 4 30. The place was fully packed.. and very noisy.. there was a competiton opened for public organised by superbowl.. so we got to wait la.. till 5 20 like that then the thing end. All the pros playing in the competition..Dom even saw his bowling coach..lol.. it was nice to watch the pros bowl.

ok.. another 1+ days then school start liao.. i hate that type of 1st day in a new school feeling.. the blur blur.. stupid stupid.. feeling..at least i know of like 4 ppl from R3C going into AJC.. then still got many school friends.. so shd not be that bad la..
