went to marina south to bowl.
victors and marina sounth superbowl.

omg!
the last time i bowled on wooden lanes was like 8 months ago at grassroots club.

the sound of the ball rolling on the lane is so super loud and irritating.
plus.. the oil is so thick and long.
so irritated that i walked down the side of the lane to check how long the oil is.. lol..
there's a tape at the point which the oil ends and written on it is '44'.

ya.. its approx 44 feet of frigging oil.
plus the backend so super weak hit pocket can leave pin 5 de.
omg omg!
the air con.. is like no air con.
the lights are so dim and there only 3 of us in the 32 lane alley.

ok enuff of complaining. the only good thing is.. its cheap there.
next time go plaza starbowl la.. i think there's a promotion going on still.. 1.50. synthetic lanes ok.. the oil not so shitty as well.

then cindy msg say jason cannot go to the B.C briefing ask me to take his place.

Abit disappointed.
cant believe i actually hit 2 pathetic low games in the second block.

just went there to enjoy ourselves la.
we were just doing crap thru out..lol.
trying to learn/figure out some release la..
lol.. only 10% successful in figuring it out.. haha!
anyway we decided to bet drinks and food in the last game la.
it was a super exciting match.
it all comes down to the very last frame.
9th frame i only lead jason by a mere 2 pins and both of us spared our 9 th frame.

i was doing some reading on the movie 300 and found out that such an event actually took place in the past.
but it wasnt 300 vs thousands.
if i rmb correctly there were 7000 vs ten of thousands.
7000 greeks vs 10 000+ persians.
out of the 7000 only 300 were spartans led by king of sparta king leonidas.

he din bring his army along cuz their 'congress' have not given the approval.
sparta was a democratic state.
anyways.. those 300 were king leonidas' personal body guards.

in the end when the greeks realised that they are going to lose the battle.. king leonidas send most of the troops back.. leaving only 700(i think) which include his 300 and some other troop from some where, in the battlefield.

first 4 games were fine.
at the 150 av pace. which i admit is my standard.
the last 2 really suck.

Squad B comprise of HCI MJC and SRJC.
Their shirt the colour scheme all the same one.
red and black colour combi.. haha!!
quite a popuar colour combi eh?

anyway.. i was like asking myself.. 'why aint we in squad B?!?!?!'
the people there are so much friendlier!

before the entire thing started we agreed that this is a competition and we should be friendly to our fellow competitors.
friendly as in say HI and give all the hi-5 and all that stuff.
all we get in return was some rude stares.. some rude and 'buay song' hi fives.. kena ignored.. all that crap.
eh.. not all ppl are like dat of course.
first 2 competitors were so friendly.. we chatted abit:D
next 2 were females.. they say 'thanks' when we offered hi fives.
3rd competitor.
omfg.

he is a great bowler who is bowling bad games.
i mean i feel sorry when ppl bowl badly but also dun need attitude me.

sitting opposite of me on the same table.
i was still complaining to JL abt the incident.

loudly without realising the coach was just 1 arm's length away.

today was a disappointment.

Reached the bowing alley ay 3 30 when the training starts at 6.

aw man.. i m going to miss the training days.
its our last official training.

the stupid windbreaker/shirt supplier is late.
we all waiting for them to deliver our windbreakers/shirts..zz.
they late for 1.5 hrs. excellent service.
and the quality is not exactly great.
excellent supplier.

the coach suddenly want to switch me from team 2 to team 1.
wow.. wad a super last minute decision.
its not final.
but if i m switched then my doubles partner will be Gil.

next 2 weeks will be the most impt moment in my entire JC bowling life.
